Children's training

In this unit, children are taught in a fun and entertaining way, teaching them discipline and coordination. In this class, children begin to understand what it means to fight, lose and win. There is also a strong emphasis on encouragement to help the children build their self-esteem and self-confidence. In addition to the physical aspect, the focus of the training is on teaching values in dealing with others.
Intermediate

This unit builds on the existing basics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and creates a deeper understanding of the athletic aspect and details in positions. This training unit is therefore accessible to you as soon as you have at least 2 stripes on your white belt. In addition to warm-up and technique training, free sparring and positional sparring are part of the unit.
Fundamentals

Women‑Only

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu by women for women: warm-up, technique, and sparring in a safe, supportive environment—without any pressure to perform.
NoGi

The focus here is on developing an understanding of how to fight successfully without a gi / kimono. Participants wear shorts and a rashguard, which are not gripped. This creates a more dynamic exchange of positions. With this in mind, this session is open to white belts with at least 2 stripes.
Intermediate

These units are open to blue belts and higher graded athletes. A well-developed technical understanding is required in these units. While the advanced unit deals with more complicated positions and issues, the competition unit focuses on challenging participants physically and developing them mentally with task-oriented sparring. Free sparring is also a core component of both courses.

Fundamentals 2

This unit is perfect for all beginners who want a little more dynamism than in Fundamentals 1. The reason for this is that new techniques are learned in this unit, but these can also be tried out easily in the context of positional sparring. This allows you to acquire additional skills in a more condensed setting and at the same time try them out with the necessary confidence.
Kids (from 3 to 5)
